At Yorkshire consultancy White Young Green (WYG), design and engineering jobs have been assured after shareholders irresistibly voted in favor of a refinancing deal. According the agreement’s terms and conditions, a 60.5 per cent interest in WYG will be handed over to the banks it owes money to. And reciprocally its debt levels will be cut from £103 million to £50 million.
The chief executive of WYG Paul Hamer, commented that he is pleased with the deal had been backed by 95 per cent of the firm's shareholders.
